Mr. Welch brings over 20 years of diverse real estate experience to The Woodside Partners Team. Mr. Welch's areas of experience include real estate development, property management, construction management, and asset management. Prior to joining Woodside, Mr. Welch spent 2 1/2 years as Vice President of The Towbes Group, one of the largest and most respected developers in the Santa Barbara area. Previously, Mr. Welch founded and served as President of Summers Property Management Group. Prior to that, he served as Executive VP of Asset Management for Basic Capital Management where he managed a commercial real estate portfolio valued in excess of $100million and consisting of over 40 properties.

Mr. Welch earned his MBA in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of North Texas and his undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, inReal Estate Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.
