Mr. Mannes, President of Woodside, has over 20 years of commercial finance, golf course community development lending and structured finance experience. In 2004, Mr. Mannes joined First National, a national golf lender. In his activities as Managing Director with First National, Mr. Mannes was responsible for expanding loan originations to include development loans for high-end golf course. In 2003, Mr. Mannes formed and is a principal in the Norseman Group, a specialty lending Company focused on credit tenant lease financing for single tenant properties. Prior to these activities, from 1990 to 2000, Mr. Mannes was an Executive Vice President of Conti-Financial, a $13 billion specialty finance company. Mr. Mannes was responsible for commercial real estate lending and the company’s capital markets activities. Prior to these activities Mr. Mannes was employed as a structured finance and municipal bond analyst at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC) where he developed some of the first financial guaranty products for residential mortgages.

Mr. Mannes holds an undergraduate degree and an MPA in Public Finance from the University of New York at Albany. Mr. Mannes is a Director of American Mortgage Acceptance Company (AMC), a public commercial mortgage REIT.
