Mr. Buchanan, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Woodside Partners, has assembled a very successful track record in the development of high-end master planned communities, coastal ranch properties, premier resorts and commercial properties. Mr. Buchanan has considerable hands-on experience taking a project from conception through entitlement, planning, construction and sales. Mr. Buchanan is a Founding Member of American Riviera Bank located in Santa Barbara, California and sits on the Board of Directors as Loan Committee Chairman. Tad is the President of the Montecito Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that has raised significant funds for local schools since its incorporation in 1980. He is also on the Advisory Board of Directors of the Trust for Public Land, which is the largest nonprofit land conservation group in the United States.
