The Concessions - Sarasota, Florida
The principals of Woodside Partners arranged for the
development financing for the golf course construction. The Concessions
development contains 236 homes and a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course on a
1,200-acre property located in Sarasota, Florida. The inspiration for the
project occurred on the final hole of the 1969 Ryder Cup when Jack Nicklaus
stunned the golf world by conceding a two-foot putt to Tony Jacklin, for the
only tie in its history. |
Montesoro – Borrego Springs, California
The principals of Woodside Partners procured development financing for this
3,000-acre master planned community located in Borrego Springs, California. The
community includes a 7,200-yard Tom Fazio Signature Golf Course and 800 home
sites. The development also features the only Calloway Development Center in the
California Desert.
Montesoro is being developed by GH Capital, diversified real estate Investment
Company with significant holdings throughout the United States. GH Capital owns
more than 10,000 apartment units in thirteen states, with a combined market
value in excess of $400 million. In addition, GH Capital's Hospitality division
owns and develops hotels and resort master planned communities in California. GH
Capital is based in Sherman Oaks, California with offices in Cincinnati, Ohio
and Greenville, SC and through its wholly owned subsidiaries employs over 300
people throughout the United States.

The Eagle – Rancho Mirage, California
The Woodside Principals coordinated the acquisition financing for this 700-acre
parcel of land located in Rancho Mirage, California. The Eagle will be the last
master planned community located in Rancho Mirage. The property is being
developed by the Sunrise Companies.
Sunrise Company began developing master-planned/golf-course communities in the
Coachella Valley over 35 years ago. Today, the Sunrise Company is one of the
nation’s most respected residential and country club community developers. Their
record of achievement includes the establishment of Indian Ridge - home of the
Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Toscana Country Club, and co-developer of PGA West -
the Western Home of American Golf. In addition to its 13 resort communities, the
Company has constructed over 10,000 homes, built two resort hotels and developed
numerous office buildings, shopping centers and commercial hotels.

Waterford Club – Marble Falls, Texas
Woodside Partners successfully financed The Club at Waterford, a 685-acre Master
Planned Community located in Marble Falls, Texas, which is located 47 miles
northwest of downtown Austin.
Waterford is being developed by a Joint Venture Partnership between Woodside
Partners and Waterford Club Development, LP (WCD). WCD is headed by Mr. Wayne
Ausmus and Mr. John Carlew, both successful real estate developers and
homebuilders for more than 30 years. This community is within the part of Texas
known as the "Hill Country". The project includes 411 homesites and an 18-hole
championship golf course designed by Roy Bechtol and Randy Russell. Waterford is
located along Lake Travis, as such, many holes of the golf course and home sites
have spectacular lake views. |
